POSITION:

Intervention Specialist

REPORTS TO:

Director of Operations, High School

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and valid Ohio teaching certificate/license in Special Education (K-12 Mild to Moderate needs or equivalent)
  • HQT in all core content areas.
  • Successful BCI/FBI screening

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate should possess, at minimum, the following:

  • Comprehensive knowledge Ohio’s Learning Standards in Special Education
  • Knowledge of Career Technical Education
  • Interest in working with students at varying educational levels
  • Organizational, communication and time management skills
  • Technology skills including email, Power Point, Smart Board, Microsoft Office and electronic grade book

WORK YEAR:

2018-2019 school year (185 days)

SALARY:

Commensurate with certification/licensure and experience

BENEFITS:

In accordance with Pioneer’s Master Agreement

STARTING DATE:

August 2018

POSITION VACANCY

POSTING DATE:

POSITION:

Early Childhood Aide

REPORTS TO:

Career Tech Supervisor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma and ability to qualify for a valid Ohio Educational Aide permit
  • Successful BCI/FBI screening

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate should possess, at minimum, the following:

  • Display initiative, enthusiasm and other personal characteristics necessary to operate an effective childhood education program
  • Provide individual assistance to children in your care
  • Present developmentally appropriate materials to children
  • Abide by and enforce adopted Board policies
  • Serve as closer for the Center, making sure all equipment is turned off and Center is locked
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent and/or his/her designee

WORK YEAR:

2018-2019 school year (185 days) – Part time up to 20 hours per week

SALARY:

Commensurate with certification/licensure and experience
