Pioneer's Adult Education has openings in our ServSafe® Level 2 Manager Training course.
In this three week course, you’ll meet twice a week to prepare you for the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Exam. Those who pass the one hour exam will receive a ServSafe® completion certificate from the National Restaurant Association®.

The ServSafe® program provides food safety training, exams and educational materials to foodservice managers.The program blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and years of food sanitation training experience. Managers learn to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety. All content and materials are based on actual job tasks identified by foodservice industry experts.
