Forklift Driver- job post Charter Next Generation

One Team. One Family; Welcome to Charter Next Generation. Our Lexington, Ohio location is currently seeking Forklift Drivers to join our teams!

Forklift Drivers are responsible for managing all material movements, inventories, and packaging.

Duties include:

• Scan all materials to appropriate production line;
• Communicate all packaging needs and maintain stock inventory in plant;
• Keep inventory areas clean and organized;
• Unload and put away all raw material deliveries;
• Take trash and cardboard waste to the appropriate compactor;
• Stretch wrap and label all finished goods;
• Label scrap and keep scrap area clean and organized;
• Inspect finished goods packaging; and
• Load finished goods into transfer trailer;

Required Skills:

• A high school diploma or equivalent;
• Minimum of two (2) years manufacturing experience;
• Good basic math skills and knowledge of how to read a tape measure;
• Basic computer skills;
• Skill in organizing work, taking initiative, setting priorities, and sound decision making; and
• Possess logic, problem solving, and trouble shooting skills.
