Essential Duties and Responsibilities : * *Front Office Guest Service Specialist
Actively answer phone calls with enthusiasm.
Provide information to callers regarding The Inn and all services available.
create/maintain proper records regarding guest,
Schedule support personnel for outstanding reservations and services requested.
ability to plan itineraries for small groups in the absence of the Group Event Coordinator.

Up-sell all services of The Inn by promoting awareness and benefits of packages, amenities special events and local activities.
Actively greet guests with enthusiasm and personal interaction.
Prepare necessary records for check-in and check-out procedures.
Communicating effectively with pricing, budgets, with Chef and Head of Restaurant Dining Service
Daily Reconciliations of Guests Records
Scheduling of Guest Service items ordered.
Able to work rotating weekends
Qualifications and Skills
High school grad with five years experience in related field
