Foundations for Living is situated on 14 rolling, wooded acres in Mansfield, Ohio, and is a secure residential treatment center for youth 11 to 18 years of age. Foundations For Living offers advanced clinical treatment and innovative residential services to provide an environment of safety where our youth feel empowered to heal the wounds of the past and build a foundation of hope for the future.

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team. This position provides professional level planning, reporting and analysis to support the goals and objectives of the organization; resolves conflicts to protect the organization’s assets; provides expertise and recommendations to support management decisions. Ensures HR activities are in compliance with State and Federal laws, licensing and accreditation bodies, and facility contracts. Oversees all HR functions including recruitment, retention, training/orientation, compensation, employee relations, workers’ compensation and maintaining all personnel records in files and the HRIS.

The HR Manager requires a willingness to roll up your sleeves to ensure the day-to-day HR operations of the department are fully compliant and sound while also having the proven ability to function at a strategic level. The ideal candidate would be agile in moving from tactical to strategic at any given time.

Job Requirements

 

::QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required.

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years progressive HR experience required, management and healthcare experience preferred.

Certification: Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Professional Human Resources (PHR) preferred.
