Oak Grove Manor, located at 1670 Crider Rd, Mansfield, Ohio has an exciting professional opportunity for an HR/Payroll Manager. Peregrine Health Services is a family of skilled nursing, assisted living and long term care centers with sixteen locations in Ohio. The HR/Payroll, A/P Manager is responsible for all human resource generalist functions in the center, including:
  • recruitment, interviewing, selection and onboarding of new staff members
  • timely and accurate submission of payroll on a bi-weekly basis in coordination with the Home Office
  • interpreting policies and procedures for staff and managers
  • tracking performance management and employee development
  • benefit administration and enrollment

HR/Payroll Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge in the laws pertaining to employment
  • Previous experience in processing of payroll for 50 or more employees
  • Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing and selection
  • The ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent computer skills
