The HR/Payroll, A/P Manager is responsible for all human resource generalist functions in the center, including:
recruitment, interviewing, selection and onboarding of new staff members
timely and accurate submission of payroll on a bi-weekly basis in coordination with the Home Office
interpreting policies and procedures for staff and managers
tracking performance management and employee development
benefit administration and enrollment

Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare setting
Knowledge in the laws pertaining to employment
Previous experience in processing of payroll for 50 or more employees
Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing and selection
The ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
