Imasen Bucyrus Technology, Inc. is searching for an experienced Information Technology Manager at its Bucyrus, Ohio facility. We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and driven candidates who will take great pride in our information technology, security, and controls, while supporting our Associates with their resource needs.

This position has the responsibility of managing 1-2 other IT professionals, as well as supporting other plant Leadership with their resource applications.

Education & Experience Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 1 year of job-specific and related experience in information technology OR;

· Associate Degree (AS) in related field AND 3 years of job-specific and related experience in information technology OR;

· 5+ years of job specific and related experience in information technology AND;

· Must possess demonstrated analytical capability; ability to work independently and as a team; excellent written and oral communication; ability to inspire and motivate others; and proficient computer skills, specifically in Microsoft office applications, enterprise resource planning systems experience is required.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

· Account maintenance for active directory, email and manufacturing resource planning systems

· Account maintenance for company cell phones

· Administer acceptable use of technology systems and equipment

· Administer audits in order to ensure vendor software licensing compliance

· Configure and monitor backup infrastructure using Veeam

· Design and manage multiple servers in active directory environment

· Develop and implement software applications when needed

· Develop MIS policies and procedures

· Firewall management, administration and support

· Implement and maintain endpoint protection and communications security procedures

· Lead and assist MIS related Japanese Sarbanes Oxley controls

· Lead and assist other staff members in support of major or complex projects

· Manage a virtual host environment using VMWare

· Manage all network and filesystem security

· Manage and supervise the department

· Manage cabling, switches, and bandwidth utilization

· Manage server and network hardware installations

· Management and vendor support for leased printers and copiers

· Monitor system logs and activity on all servers and devices

· Negotiate terms for external services related to MIS and Administration services

· On call support for off hours

· Perform cost control and asset management

· Perform preventative maintenance on hardware and software

· Respond to and countermeasure downtime related to technology issues

· Schedule maintenance and lifecycle support for end-user devices

· Support multiple operating environments and PC-LAN/WAN for IB-TECH served operations

· Technical advice for computer hardware and software solutions

· Troubleshoot problems with wired and wireless networks, web services, and end-user devices

· Overtime may be assigned

· Travel not likely or 0%, but may be requested by Leadership

· Training needs are based on IB-TECH’s training matrix for this position, relevant to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems

· Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
