Installation Apprentice Thiel's Home Solutions 

We are looking for apprentices to add to our installation team.The goal of this position is to work as an assistant to one of our master installers, learn the trade, and grow into a master installer position.

Our installers provide the finished product for a customers window, kitchen or bathroom remodeling project. This is a technically oriented position that relies on accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be able to make decisions quickly, be self-disciplined, and be able to learn and follow our proven systems for installation. As a company, we deliver high quality products and service and strive for perfection. Some hands-on home remodeling experience is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position with no down time during the year. Hours may be long some days and we do not miss work because of the weather. For the qualified candidate who is ready to work hard, show up to work every day, and can pass a drug test and background check, we are prepared to offer the following compensation plan:

• Starting wages will be negotiated based on experience
