Permit Specialist Triple-D Communications, LLC

These services include engineering, design, installation, and maintenance for all phases of inside and outside voice, video and data networks. Prepare and track work permits required for customer jobs.

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Work with local municipalities to obtain state, county, town & city permits
  • Prepare permit applications and supporting documentation
  • Submit and track the status of permit applications
  • Interact with employees, supervisors to verify/correct information
  • Provide Supervisors and Foreman approved permits for their jobs.
  • Answer phones, scan documents, make copies, data entry, etc.
  • Filing as necessary, setup and maintain files
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively with minimal supervision to meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all staff/customers.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to follow instructions.

 

 

  • 1-3 years permitting experience in telecommunications, construction, and/ or public utility is preferred.

 

 

Education And/Or Experience:

 

 

High school diploma or GED or 3 years of related experience
