TAKE A 360º TOUR OF CULINARY ARTS

Create gourmet dishes, cakes, and pastries with an emphasis on flavor, technique, and creative presentation.
Plan, prepare, and serve meals for a variety of dining experiences, from upscale events to casual service.
Work side-by-side with professional chefs from local restaurants, bakeries, and catering businesses.

Train in professional culinary and baking techniques, including:

  • Banquet planning, food presentation, and pastry making

  • Soup, sauce, fruit, and vegetable preparation

  • Operation of commercial kitchen equipment

  • Sanitation, safety, and food inventory management

  • ProStart® and ServSafe® certifications (Food Manager & Food Handler)

Prepared for immediate employment and further education and advancement opportunities.
