The nation’s economy relies on interstate highways, where 18-wheel trucks keep goods moving. Diesel engines also power essential farm equipment. As a result, skilled diesel mechanics are in high demand. In this program, you will focus on diesel engine work and heavy truck maintenance and repair. Our program is certified by the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) organization.

TAKE A 360º TOUR OF INDUSTRIAL DIESEL

Troubleshoot, repair, and assemble diesel engines using hands-on training and real-world tools.
Rebuild Kubota diesel engines to understand engine components and performance systems.
Work in a fully equipped tire repair shop to learn mounting, balancing, and repair techniques.
Perform truck and trailer alignments while mastering suspension and steering systems.
Use lift systems to practice preventive maintenance and under-vehicle inspections.

Train in diesel technology and heavy vehicle systems, including:

  • Truck & Trailer Maintenance

  • Diesel Engine Repair, including computer diagnostics and complete disassembly/reassembly

  • Technical Instruction

  • Safety Standards & Procedures

  • Basic electrical training on Freightliner boards, drive train modules, and preventative maintenance routines

Prepared for immediate employment and further education.
